Once you submit your quote request, our team will carefully review all the details provided. We will then get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and, if needed, schedule a site visit to assess the project in person. After the site visit, we will prepare and send you a detailed, professional written quotation based on the scope of work. This process ensures accurate pricing, clear expectations, and a smooth start to your project.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Definitions
“Company” refers to Samcro Projects & Construction
“Client” refers to the person or entity requesting services
“Services” refers to all construction, maintenance, roofing, waterproofing, and related work carried out by the Company - Quotations & Scope of Work
All quotations are valid for 7–14 days unless stated otherwise
The scope of work is strictly limited to what is outlined in the quotation
Any additional work requested will be quoted separately and must be approved before commencement - Payment Terms
A deposit is required before any work begins (typically 70% unless otherwise stated)
The remaining balance is due:
Upon completion OR
As per agreed payment milestones
Late payments may result in:
Project delays
Additional charges - Cancellations & Delays
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the Client is liable for:
Work completed
Materials purchased
Delays caused by the Client (e.g. no access, late decisions) may result in additional costs
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Supplier delays
Unforeseen site conditions - Materials
All materials remain the property of the Company until fully paid
The Company reserves the right to substitute materials with equivalent quality if necessary - Workmanship & Warranty
We take pride in quality workmanship and offer warranties on selected services
Warranty terms:
Only valid if full payment has been made
Does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by third parties
Lack of maintenance
Waterproofing and roofing guarantees are subject to correct usage and maintenance - Site Conditions
The Client must ensure:
Safe access to the site
Availability of water and electricity if required
The Company is not responsible for:
Hidden structural issues
Pre-existing damage - Liability
The Company is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or business interruptions
Work is carried out at the Client’s property at their own risk, within reasonable control - Health & Safety
All work will be carried out in line with safety standards
The Client must keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from work areas - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be handled through good faith negotiation
If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal channels within South Africa - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa - Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
